Questions owners ask
Do I keep my Airbnb listing?
Yes. You stay the host of record and own the listing and its reviews. I'm added as your co-host, and my fee comes out through the platform's payout split.
What does the percentage apply to?
Booking revenue after platform fees. Cleaning fees pass straight through to cover your cleaner and aren't included.
Am I locked in?
There's a 3-month start so we have time to see results. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
Who pays for cleaning, supplies and repairs?
You do, as the owner. Any repair over $200 needs your OK first, unless it's an emergency.
Who owns the photos?
You get a license to use them on your listing. I keep the copyright.
